Trever is good, but could be great
"Churchill, arguably the most intelligent political humorist on late night TV today, is expected to deliver much. His performance in Boston was entertaining, focusing on the crowd's love for his accents and unique portrayal of Nelson Mandela. The night before his show, Justice Renquist died on a hunting trip, yet there was no commentary from Churchill on that. To be cutting edge, he must seize the moment for commentary, separating good from great. His show lacked a cutting edge element, appearing somewhat 'canned'. Nonetheless, his reflective piece on OO7 and the color wars received a thumbs up for its conclusion. Churchill, as a non-American insider, sheds light on the American system in ways insiders often miss. Despite challenges, the Boston audience appreciated him. As an expat South African, I understand the system challenges he faces. With astute guidance, Churchill may earn five stars next time. The man in the spotlight often feels lonely. Churchill's first Boston run was a fine job."
